Book Review – one of us is guilty by Steve Cavanagh

Where do I start with a book as amazing as this. A twist that shocked me. Just incredible.

Eddie Flynn is hands down one of my favourite legal characters. He’s a lawyer with morals and a character that’s a bit dodgy. What more can one ask for.

One of us is guilty finds Eddie Flynn back in the court room with a murder a trial that is husband v wife. Who did it? And that’s a question that i was constantly asking my sf throughout with an answer that changed with near enough every chapter.

One of my favourite things to do while reading books like this is figuring out who did it. I feel accomplished when I do, but I love it a lot more when I can’t guess it, when i am um’ing and ah’ing over the answer, and when you throw in a sho king twist at the end… well that’s definitely where you get the big five stars from, for me.

In true fashion the author Steve Cavangh has done it again, produced another captivating 5 star read.

Eddie Flynn is one of my all time favourite characters and these books are always a jam packed rollercoaster ride of right,wrong,drama and crime. Everything you need from a crime legal series.

Well done on an incredible tenth book and let’s hope Eddie Flynn is still in all our futures.
